About Our Company

Mobile Sleep Services, Inc., is a licensed corporation in the State of Colorado. We perform comprehensive sleep studies in a hospital setting. Our studies include simultaneous computer recordings of EEG, EOG and chin EMG for sleep analysis, ECG for rhythm analysis, leg EMG for Periodic Leg Movement analysis, nasal/oral airflow, abdominal and thoracic effort, snoring microphone, oximetry and body position sensor for nocturnal breathing analysis.

In addition, positive airway pressure and airflow are recorded during CPAP/BiLevel titration. The sleep study is continuously monitored, on site, by a qualified technician who is credentialed as a Respiratory Therapist and current in BCLS. Professional and general liability insurance is maintained on all employees.

Mobile Sleep Services, Inc is a four bed sleep lab. We strive to maintain a maximum 14 day turn-around time to the requesting provider from the date of the sleep study. We pride ourselves on our quality and service and feel our more convenient mobile sleep service matches any 'in town' fixed sleep facility.

Types of Sleep Studies

Three types of sleep studies can be ordered by your physician:

1. The Baseline sleep study is used to diagnose or confirm sleep problems.

2. The Split Night sleep study consists of 2-3 hours of Baseline, after which nasal CPAP/BiLevel and or oxygen is started and adjusted as indicated by apneas, hypopneas, upper airway obstructive syndrome and or central hypoventilation. This is the most commonly ordered sleep study.

3. An "Other" sleep study can be ordered if a physician wants a sleep study other than the Baseline or Split Night sleep study; for special situations such as confirmation of proper settings, tracheotomized patients etc.
